The PLC Guidebook

What is this resource? This 33-page guidebook is a thorough tool on how to facilitate an effective professional learning community (PLC). Published by the School District of Osceola County, Florida, all of the information is directly applicable to school teams and their facilitators. The guide includes helpful tools like calendars, facilitation protocols, determining team goals, and additional resources.

Why is it valuable?Because the guide was authored specifically for PLCs within a school district, all of the information can be directly applied to the work of the PLC. The work is grounded in literature about PLCs, but it leaves out extraneous information that isn't specific to the workings of a PLC.
