Six types of involvement: Keys to successful partnerships Type 1 - Parenting

What is this resource? As part of Six types of involvement: Keys to successful partnerships, this step focuses on building respect for families' strength and efforts as well as their goals and concerns for their children.

Why is it valuable? When building a partnership, it is important to understand the role each party plays in that partnership. This webpage lays out the role families are asked to play in the life of their school-aged child. The intent is that the school would share this information with families in engaging and helpful ways so the partnership could benefit the students.
