What is this resource?The Start Up Plan is an 8-page interactive document in pdf format. The document guides formation and start-up activities of SWIFT teams (e.g., identify team members, their strengths and capacities; plan actions to establish or grow the team; determine specific meetings times; plan data to collect and review to support team decisions; carry out an investigation of the SWIFT core features).

Why is it valuable?The Start Up Plan helps to identify team composition and sets that team on a course to becoming more familiar with themselves and with SWIFT. The information recorded in the Start Up Plan becomes a base on which the SWIFT technical assistance process builds.
