Behavior Summary Decision Guide

What is this resource? The Behavior Summary can be used on its own or in conjunction with the Functional Behavior Assessment Checklist. The summary provides a visual guide to teams interested in identifying a student’s needs as well as a plan.

Why is it valuable? The behavioral needs of students can be complicated and intertwined. This decision guide can help teams think through all of the dynamics involved with a student’s behavioral needs and establish a plan and a way to monitor that plan.
